>> This roomate is a trip!!
I emailed her asking how she got $198 percentage wise.

She says,
"The way I figured out the $198 was to take the percentage of the entire rent that we each pay now(the $1600), and I multiplied that by the discounted rent ($1065) to see what your rent would have been this month ($426).  I then subtracted that from your current rent of $640 (again, rounded to nearest dollar) to see what the difference would be.  Doing it outside of Excel just now, I calculated $212, so slightly different. "

...
Can't this dumb B understand:
$640 current rent for ME - $535 owners willing to take out = $105 ????

She trying to cash in on MY discount and make something off of it.

...
I emailed landlord asking if the owners can pay my $640 split so I won't have to pay a penny.
The landlord says,
"I am not sure how the 3 of you are doing the calculations. This is our intent. We felt that your rent and only yours should be decreased for the second month - because you are the one who has to move twice in less than 3 months. However, we have no power to apply this rule as we rent to all of you under 1 lease. The other tenants have been there for a year or more. They did receive the proper 60 day notice and therefore do not require any rent rebates. Nor should they expect one. So the $535 decrease ought to be applied to your total rent and no one else's."

...
Yeah decrease to me biatch!! I was hoping he would straight up see the math calculation and email the roomie it's $105 if anything I should pay, but, he didn't. The landlord "cc:" the owners, so, we'll see if they can pay MY $640. Then again it's not 'paying' cause its their own-they just won't get money.

This dumb B got me pissed!
Imma tell her bout the correct and real fair way to subtract, none this multiply stuff that makes NO SENSE what so ever.

Stop trying to ride my discount tail coat!
