Eh. I dunno what to do. This place isn't bad vibe-wise. Just a bit cramped. Walk in and you're in the tiny living room and nestled to the right is the kitchen. To the left are the bedrooms and bathroom.
The PROS:
- Although it's the main bathroom that anyone can go in if guests come over-it's all mine. The other roomie has her own in her master bedroom. At least I would get to decorate it.
- I don't need buy kitchen appliances. She said she has everything there. So plates and pans to my use. Thanks lady!
- I get her daughters bed, desk, and bookcase if I want it. She's moving out.
- I have to pay $25 in utilities, but, that is wifi, cable, electricity, and water. She had to start paying for water recently. Sucks, cause I'm a huge water consumpsiourer. I like my long warm showers and my electricity guzzler hair tools.
She said the amount in utilities don't even cover 1/3 of what the whole thing is for all the utilities. I guess they're trying to get someone in there quick. She didn't seem to mind it much.
- I get a small tv with cable in my room. Imagine a big wide laptop screen for size. Better than nothing right?
It's decently furnished.
I would be in my room a lot.
Nothing will ever compare to my spacious baby chateau with huge bedroom, dual sinks across from each other with cute vanity lights and lots of drawer space, wooden spacious closet, mini hallway of shower to the toilet room with a million and five cabinets space. *sigh*
>> I would be there for only 6 months or so then I would move with my boyfriend. The condo is convenient to my workplace. Within mile and half. So no worries of huge rainstorms and trying to enter the freeway of hazardness.
Okay for some reason all this is convincing me to want this haha. There isn't a view like my chateau, but, I can deal without one. I should be working and if I aint I should be resting and if not hanging out-I got the wonderful cable tv.
Tee hee.
Ok I'm starting to really like it. Haha.
