Okay so say its 1600 initial rent for us 3,
$1600-original rent of my portion $700= $900
Between them two, making $450 each.

With $1065-$640 discounted(the roomie came up with this amount for me after "her calculations" when she learned we get a discount for having prospective buyers come in-i was okay when she told me, not sure how much our whole rent discount was at the time-i just learned it thru these emails)=$425
Between them two making $222.50 each
Wtf???
They get $225 each in discounts and I got $40?
