I will have lots of decorating to do.
Gotta make another list of things to get. It's smaller, so, that means I have to check out how much space I have exactly 1st before I go out and buy stuff.
My roomie-I should think of a nickname for her, wears shoes indoors. I'm not that kind of person. Its wood floors, maybe that's why she does it?
I will prolly get:
- shoe rack table
- dirty pile hamper from IKEA
- file cabinet of some sort for my desk to put all my books and papers
- decorations for my wall??
>> I got these cute Dora Explorer playing cards for a dollar at Target. Super cute mini deck. Colorful and slick feel-not paper.
Get it!
I forwarded the email telling her how the landlord is only giving me the discount and only me. That shut her up, hahaha. She says, " If that is how Kevin and the owners meant for the split to go, could you please pay your portion then of the difference how they figured it--$105? I frankly do not have enough money for all of my bills this month plus extra rent, so I would appreciate it. "
Wait a minute...you can't afford your bills and you were trying to ride my discount tail in order to help yourself?? Sinking to low levels, boo! Shame!
Anyways, I'm ready to move out before April-I really don't have much to take and gather. I rather take my $105 and put it in my pocket instead of having an empty room for another month.
April 15 is my new roomie move in date.
Hmm what to call this new place?
"Baby Chateau" is so cute. This new place doesn't deserve such name.
Uhh...
It's furnished, small, an older lady is my roomate, less updated looking as far as room/bathroom, and kitchen goes. Hm I see an old trend.
Antique Chateau?
But, "chateau" is so rich sounding.
And this condo is no where near richness.
I'll think about it more or have my friend come up with a new name haha.

I'm moving in to the furnished place. No need to waste with bedroom delivery monies. The utilities flat rate is a steal!
$37! Other places want $50-$100. No thanks!
Me and the 63 year old gonna have a blast!
You might have that wrinkley skin and hunched image of the lady with a cane, but, she aint. Her hair is did, good skin. Walks normal.
So I won't be a caregiver I can assure you this.
Hehe.

Eh. I dunno what to do. This place isn't bad vibe-wise. Just a bit cramped. Walk in and you're in the tiny living room and nestled to the right is the kitchen. To the left are the bedrooms and bathroom.
The PROS:
- Although it's the main bathroom that anyone can go in if guests come over-it's all mine. The other roomie has her own in her master bedroom. At least I would get to decorate it.
- I don't need buy kitchen appliances. She said she has everything there. So plates and pans to my use. Thanks lady!
- I get her daughters bed, desk, and bookcase if I want it. She's moving out.
- I have to pay $25 in utilities, but, that is wifi, cable, electricity, and water. She had to start paying for water recently. Sucks, cause I'm a huge water consumpsiourer. I like my long warm showers and my electricity guzzler hair tools.
She said the amount in utilities don't even cover 1/3 of what the whole thing is for all the utilities. I guess they're trying to get someone in there quick. She didn't seem to mind it much.
- I get a small tv with cable in my room. Imagine a big wide laptop screen for size. Better than nothing right?
It's decently furnished.
I would be in my room a lot.
Nothing will ever compare to my spacious baby chateau with huge bedroom, dual sinks across from each other with cute vanity lights and lots of drawer space, wooden spacious closet, mini hallway of shower to the toilet room with a million and five cabinets space. *sigh*
>> I would be there for only 6 months or so then I would move with my boyfriend. The condo is convenient to my workplace. Within mile and half. So no worries of huge rainstorms and trying to enter the freeway of hazardness.
Okay for some reason all this is convincing me to want this haha. There isn't a view like my chateau, but, I can deal without one. I should be working and if I aint I should be resting and if not hanging out-I got the wonderful cable tv.
Tee hee.
Ok I'm starting to really like it. Haha.

I checked out a roomie ad in a condo for $550+$50 utilities. It was waaaay small bedroom. This was one of those "2bed/2bath plus extra room, but, let's squeeze it to make it 3 beds" condo. Ugh! The room bigger than mine already occupied rents for $550, scandalous! I get a smaller room and still pay the same as someone who gets more space?! No thanks!
The condo seems outdated because I saw the master bedroom and bath. The dual sinks are right next to each other kinda ugly. So was the boxey closet. Basically my baby chateaus bathroom and closet are 100000x better and elegant looking. The best I've seen so far besides those millionaire mansions.
I'm going to keep trying to find a decent and fair priced chateau.

When I move out, I can wear whatever I want when I go out and about.
I see myself going more on a fashion extreme style.
Dark panty hose with skirts and heels, belts around the waist on button up long shirt dress with short shorts under, revealing dresses with cuteness still attached.
I call this extreme cause it would be outta my usual comfort, but, I like the style of it!
And lots of accessories-hair, bracelet, necklace, and a swanky bag for finishing touches.
Yay! Fashion.
